1919 Halftone Print Choco Juntas Tamana Native Trailhaunting Blacksnake XGO2 GHB1 or "Truth"This is an original 1919 black and white halftone print of a native man from Juntas de Taman, a small village in what is now the Choc region of Colombia. He is holding what locals called a friendly "trail haunting blacksnake." They were called this because they are known to live on the trails of the Northern region of Colombia and follow travelers while they walk the trails, but disappear when observed, hence haunting the trail. CONDITION This 92+
