This is an original 1939 eight color lithograph of a young peasant man from the Hutsul region of Slovakia. Period Paper has obtained a wonderful set of lithographs of national costumes. This collection includes the costumes of the countries of Austria, Hungary, Poland, and (the former) Czechoslovakia. Drawn by Lepage Medvey and printed in Belgium, these lithographs are excellent original images for framing.
