The Pinot Noir comes from the certified Demeter biodynamic Chene Vineyard in the foggy Edna Valley & the Nero d'Avola comes from the CCOF organically certified Preston Vineyard planted to gravelly soils in Dry Creek Valley. The Nero d'Avola was fermented with 50% whole cluster with native yeast and bacteria in standing
