2022 Sota els Angels 'Flow' Tinto Emporda, Spain Caffo it was established in 1810Flow Red is a bright and juicy natural wine, made from a blend of 37% Garnacha, 22% Merlot, 17% Syrah, 13% Garnacha Gris, 11% Carignan from the Sota Els ngels certified organic estate vineyard, planted at 150 meters altitude on silty loam soils with silica. Grapes are harvested by hand and 50% de stemmed. Each variety is fermented separately with native yeasts in concrete lagar, layering de stemmed grapes with whole bunches for a quick 4 5 days of
