I'd describe this sauce as a sweet and tangy Southern style BBQ sauce. It's sweet, but not overly so, with a distinct, tangy vinegar note. For a unique flavour profile, our competition BBQ team mixes all three of our sauces over a low heat. It's the secret blend we use when
