All this sugarcane is cut by hand using traditional techniques, then turned to molasses at the local mill in Lautoka town. The ode to the beauty and traditions of the Fiji Islands is double aged: first in Fiji in ex bourbon casks, then traveling by sea (what we like to call dynamic ageing) before arriving in
