Likely originating in the late '30s this torque wrench was manufactured by Blackhawk MFG Co. in Milwaukee, WI. This torque wrench comes with the original instructions for use. The plastic case is broken along the edge where the case opens. This is a beam type torque wrench. JM 080822 104805
