2020 Chateau Pontet-Canet, Pauillac, France Camille Thiriet Les Sous Courts and LesBiodynamically farmed Cabernet led Pauillac from deep gravel and clay over limestone, the 2020 is a high density, precision built vintage at Pontet Canet. Parcels were vinified gently in concrete, oak vats, and amphora, preserving purity while moderating extraction in a hot, low yield year.
