This parcel is technically in the town just south of Nierstein (where the rest of the parcels are located) called Oppenheim - it is tucked beyond the village and a bit further away from the river

Barrels are racked twice during aging and the wine is bottled unfiltered

aging is done for 2-4 years in burgundy barrels or in small stainless steel tanks
