We have made skin contact Pinot Gris for a few years now for the PJs Cuvee, as well as our WV Pinot Gris kegs. As we came to know each sites capabilities for skin maceration, we found that the Johan vineyard fruit was perfectly built for the crunchier, more tannic light red we were looking for, and deserved to stand out on its own.
