2019 Stefan Vetter Sylvaner CK, Franken, Germany Rutissons Harrison Grade is our EstateCasteller Kirchberg Planted in 1958, again surrounded by forest and thus the shade prevents the grapes from getting too much sun which yields a more delicate high acid and racy Sylvaner. Steep south facing with layered plaster clay from the Late Triassic period (Keuper) on top of red sandstone, a few meters into the ground.
