Vespasian. Denarius. AD69-79 enamel and paste-stone Somerset LightDivus Vespasian Denarius, struck AD 79 at Rome mint in the reign of Titus. Obv: DIVVS AVGVSTVS VESPASIANVS, laureate head right. Rev: Foreparts of two capricorns springing in opposing directions, supporting round shield inscribed S C; globe below. 3,14 g, 19 mm. Excellent portrait, reverse a little weak. Very fine fine.
