Description

the  exterior sides still show some of its original naturally dyed bright pink color--which is intensely vivid around the lip

and cut tin fins--silver on the body

I purchased a pair of these vintage 1980s Memphis Design-syle ceramic pins at the estate sale of an artist--this one black and white

woven I believe with a wool weft on a cotton warp

sides raise to 4 7/8" tall

Abstract Mid-Century Colored Pencil and Graphite Drawing Signed Beata banded incising the exterior sides still showI have a vague notion that this drawing may have been done by Swedish artist Beata Mrtensson (1880 1956), who was best known as the first female artist at Gustavsberg porcelain factory, 19081910, where she designed bowls, vases and tableware. The signature is close to the one Mrtensson used she to sign her
