Helen Dose's Sweet Old Sewing Lessons Notebook 1903 with the bleeding edges thatIt has been a while since I found one of these old sewing lessons notebooks with samples showing various types of seams and stitching mounted or just loose inside. These were the school work of girls, with the lessons covering the most basic of sewing skills though they seem like quite to accomplishments to most of us now! This one, the work of a young Helen Dose, I believe comes from Pennsylvania, and while it shows its age, it remains a sweet and
