This is a lovely right collar section measuring 5 1 2" x 5" cut of from German WWII Luftwaffe Air Force fliegerbluse (flight blouse) uniform tunic. When USGIs brought back items from the ETO, often they would cut up things like uniforms, taking off parts with the insignia, which took up much less space than an entire uniform. The uniform this was removed from looks to have seen moderate to heavy service during the
