This is a very rare example of a Silver dinner fork, as used on the personal Deutsches Reichsbahn (German National Railway) dining car used by Reichsmarschall Hermann Gring. While one might expect that the Commander in Chief of the Luftwaffe would fly everywhere, at that time in Europe the king of luxury transportation was still the train, and the personal dining car of Gring would have been an especially extravagant
