Ustasha NCO's Belt: upper bearing a repeating pattern of interlocking loops in maroon embroidery, on a gray wool base, supple Chamois leather backer, with a reddish brown leather tab stitched in place to the underside, the tab previously with eleven rows of two holes each for length adjustment which has been adjusted by narrowing the width of the belt, cutting it through both rows of holes and adding a single third row of holes for length
