A Rare High Command Badge for Distinguished Foreigners consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac 73 mm x 88 mm(HJ Ehrenzeichen fr verdiente Auslnder). Constructed of gilded and silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse bearing a central oval white enameled medallion, situated within a brown enameled ring bearing a gilt inscription of HJ, overlaid by a silvered German national eagle clutching an enameled HJ insignia, flanked by oak leaves, the reverse with three visible rivets securing the obverse applique in position, with a rectangular plate
