French Porro Prism "American Style" Binoculars by Palomar c.1950 Sofas Original tools include two pressureABOUT This is an original pair of French porro prism field binoculars manufactured by Palomar, France. They are Palomar's American style center focus binocular, marked "Palomar Paris", magnification "8 x 26" serial # "1763". The objective lenses are 35mm in diameter and their optics are good. The frame is a black coated magnesium and the barrels are covered with black pig leather. The metal focus wheel works well as does the individual right scope
