Ausb. Abt. 13 (Motorised Replacement and Training Battalion 13). It is dated to July 7, 1942 and signed by proxy in black ink by a Major and Battalion Commander, the name could be Sandler or similar. Measuring 140 mm (w) x 121 mm (h), with one folding crease, and light creasing and scuffing of the edges, remaining very fine.
