A grouping of four medals, including a Red Cross Medal, II Class, constructed of a round, silver medal, the obverse presents a Geneva cross in red enamel, with Prussian royal crowns at the ends of the cross arms, with the initials W and R between the top cross arms and A V between the bottom cross arms, the reverse presents the inscription FUER VERDIENSTE UM DAS ROTHE KREUZ (FOR MERIT IN THE RED CROSS), with a curved oak branch to
