Côtillon des Dames 2022 Dalmatia – Skradin with 15% Trousseau and 5%An alpine skin contact white from steep, schist and limestone slopes in the Savoie. Jean Yves Pron lets this native Jacqure macerate for six full weeks before fermenting naturally in neutral oak. Its a luminous and textural wine, echoing the winemakers admiration for northern Italian orange wines, yet unmistakably alpine in freshness and energy. No additions, no filtration, and a pure, unadulterated expression of high altitude terroir.
