Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse with a central laurel wreath with a leftward facing eagle with a static swastika on the bottom of the wreath, and with nine oak leaves on either side of the wreath, the reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, marked with the logo of Gebrder Schneider, Wien, on the reverse, measuring 76. 23 mm (w) x 25. 36 mm (h), weighing 15. 8
