‘Kottabos’ Skin Contact Chenin Blanc 2024 Greco Bianco following the traditional col fondoA skin contact Chenin Blanc from one of South Africas most exciting winemakers, Reenen Borman. Kottabos is a small side project focused on experimental, site driven wines, and this release comes entirely from the Karibib Vineyard in the Polkadraai Hills. Whole bunch fermented with 45 days of skin contact, then aged in old French puncheon for 11 months. The result is a textured, clean, and lifted Chenin with subtle grip and energy to spare.
