Germany, Luftwaffe. A Jagdgeschwader 6 Table Medal, By Deschler & Sohn Hold 1934 and 1935(Jagdgeschwader 6 Erinnerungsmedaille). Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse bearing a central raised German national eagle clutching a Sturmabteilung (SA) logo, circumscribed by an inscription of JAGDGESCHWADER HORST WESSEL, the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of TREUE UM TREUE (LOYALTY BEGETS LOYALTY), maker marked DESCHLER, MNCHEN, measuring 80 mm in diameter, demonstrating only minor loss of finish, in extremely fine condition.
