Vineyard: From single parcel (Meixemn) of seventy plus year old vines. This is the adegas original parcel and has been in the family for generations. The vineyard is planted on a mix of granite and schist. Vinification Method: The grapes were harvested by hand and fermented with native yeasts on the skins in used French oak vats with about 50 % whole clusters. After
